Assistant Officer (HR) Grade -II

 

Full time regular Bachelor’s of Business Administration (BBA) / Bachelor’s of Business Management (BBM) / Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) with Personnel Management /IR/HR/Labour Welfare as one of the major subjects from a recognized Indian University/ Institute

Minimum 65 % marks or Equivalent CGPA in aggregate of all years/semesters (relaxable to 60 % for SC/ST candidates)

 

 

 

30 Years

 

(Candidates born before  01/08/1981 are not eligible to apply)

 

Post Qualification Work Experience (as on 01/08/2011): - Minimum Three years of Work experience in HR function in manufacturing Unit or Project Site of a Listed Company.

 

 

Note: - Aggregate of marks of all years/ semesters, means average of marks/CGPA of all the years/ semesters without taking into account the weightage, if any, given to any particular year/ semester by the Institute or University. Elaborate explanation given in FAQ's.


Candidates having MBA degree alone, without possessing the basic qualifying degree (BBA/ BSW/ BBM), as mentioned above, are not eligible for applying against this position.
