Lateral Recruitment for Executives in HRM & HRD - 2012 - Status Update Upon detailed review, having regard to the current needs of the Company, BHEL has decided not to go forward with the recruitment of executives in the functions of HRM and HRD advertised in the ‘Employment News’ dated 31st March 2012 and for which interviews were held in June, 2012.
